

























Clinton Raceway 2025 “Day at the Races” Fundraising Application IS NOW CLOSED FOR 2025 SEASON
We thank all groups that have completed the form. We do receive more applications that we have dates available. Groups will be contacted within the first few weeks of February to confirm dates.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Groups are responsible for providing all of the prizes/baked goods/auction items etc.
For Raffle and/or 50/50 groups MUST apply for and obtain a license from the Municipality of Central Huron (Forms will be made available to you). License must be displayed during the event. (A license is NOT required for a Silent Auction). Groups must meet eligibility for a charitable lottery license in advance of applying for a license. 50/50 prices will be pre-determined at $2 each or three for $5.
Clinton Raceway will provide tables and chairs as needed
Groups are to provide their own cash floats for 50/50, bake sale etc.
Groups are responsible for providing an adequate number of volunteers based on events chosen. Clinton Raceway can assist in determining these numbers.
Group/Club logo’s need to be provided to Clinton Raceway for creation of marketing materials 30 days in advance of event.
We are a rain or shine destination – if, due to torrential down pours/unsafe track conditions the races are cancelled, a rain date will not be made up, and the event will be cancelled. In the event of this, Clinton Raceway will issue a onetime donation of $300 to compensate.
